How to Access Voice mail and Quick Extensions

  1. Logging into the Website
    1. Go to https://opsu.ptsi.net/
    2. Log in with your Extension number and Password.
  2. Voicemail listening
    1. On Phone
      1. Two methods of listening on the phone
        1. Hit Voicemail/Envelope icons
        2. Dial 899 and type in the passcode if set
    2. On Website
      1. Log into the website (opsu.ptsi.net)
      2. Click on Voicemail/Fax
      3. (Drop down menu appears) Click Mailbox
      4. IMPORTANT: To listen to voicemail, it will download the recording
  3. Creating Favorites for quick extensions
    1. Log into the website (opsu.ptsi.net)
    2. Click Features tab
    3. Click Phone Features tab
    4. (There will be four tabs) Click Rapid Dial Favorites
    5. (In the Choose Active Rapid Dial List) Select User Default (Custom)
    6. Select Add Extensions 
    7. (Opens a Add Contacts list) Select the users you want to have a hot key 
    8. (For every user/extension) Select the arrow pointing right to add
      1. To remove user/extension select the left arrow
    9. Click Submit (Quick Extensions will appear on the phone in a few minutes)
